1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member", "You") and ns38 ("we", "us", "our", "Company", "Operator"). By accessing our website at https://ns38.cam, creating an account, placing bets, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our services and close your account. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. 2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on the ns38 platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a game, sporting event, or other gambling activity offered by ns38.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by ns38 to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means funds transferred by a User into their ns38 Account using approved payment methods.
• "IDR" or "Rupiah" means Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency used for all transactions on ns38.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity verification process required by anti-money laundering regulations.
• "Services" means all gaming products offered by ns38, including but not limited to sportsbook betting, live casino, slots, togel (lottery), table games, and other gambling activities.
• "Withdrawal" means funds transferred from a User's ns38 Account to their designated bank account or e-wallet.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To use ns38, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration. This is a strict requirement in compliance with Indonesian gambling age restrictions.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesian territory at the time of placing bets.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion registry, either with ns38 or any other gambling operator.

3.2 Account Creation

Each User is permitted to register only one (1) Account with ns38. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including winnings. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian National ID / KTP or passport)
• Date of birth (must prove you are 21+)
• Valid email address
• Active mobile phone number (Indonesian +62 number preferred)
• Residential address within Indonesia
• Preferred username and secure password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. 3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ns38 is required by international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations to verify the identity of all Users. Before you can withdraw funds from your Account, you must complete our KYC verification process by submitting:

• A clear, color copy of your Indonesian National ID (KTP) or valid passport (all four corners visible, no glare or obstructions)
• Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your name and residential address)
• A selfie photograph of yourself holding your ID document next to your face, with the current date written on a piece of paper visible in the frame

We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, source of funds, or compliance with these Terms. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. KYC verification is typically processed within 1-24 hours during business days.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ns38 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only. Approved deposit methods include bank transfers from major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallet transfers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 IDR. There is no maximum deposit limit, but individual transactions may be subject to bank or e-wallet limits.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 3 minutes of confirmation. If your deposit has not appeared within 15 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number. You must deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded minus administrative fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 IDR.
• The maximum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000,000 IDR per transaction. Larger amounts may be split into multiple withdrawals.
• You must withdraw to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. The name on your withdrawal method must match the name on your ns38 Account.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during business hours (09:00-22:00 WIB, Monday-Sunday). Requests submitted outside business hours will be queued for next-business-hour processing.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met (see Section 5).

ns38 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first 5 withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals may incur a 2% administrative fee (minimum Rp 10,000 IDR). We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing large or unusual withdrawals.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

ns38 maintains a strict anti-money laundering policy. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal. Depositing and immediately withdrawing without placing bets is prohibited. Suspicious activity, including structured deposits, rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles, or unusual betting patterns, will trigger a compliance review and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

ns38 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the promotional offer. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Users only. New account bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called "rollover" or "playthrough") that must be completed before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 8x to 25x (bonus + deposit), depending on the promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-20%, and sports betting contributes 50-100% depending on odds. Check the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.
• Bonuses expire after a set period (typically 30 days from credit date). Unused bonus funds and incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiration.
• Maximum bet limits apply while wagering bonus funds (typically Rp 50,000 IDR per bet for slots, Rp 100,000 IDR per bet for sports). Exceeding max bet limits may void the bonus and associated winnings.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. Examples of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, exploiting software errors or loopholes, hedging bets across multiple accounts, using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk bets (e.g., betting both red and black on roulette), or any other strategy designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds without genuine risk.

ns38 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts suspected of bonus abuse. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are final and not subject to appeal.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Sportsbook Betting

ns38 offers comprehensive sportsbook betting on football (BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Timnas Indonesia internationals, AFF Cup), basketball, tennis, badminton, volleyball, MotoGP, and esports. Bet types include 1X2 (match result), Asian Handicap (voor bola), Over/Under (total goals), Correct Score, Both Teams to Score, First Goalscorer, and Accumulator (mix parlay).

All bets are settled according to official match results as declared by the governing sports body (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, PSSI). Bets are void if a match is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the market rules. Live in-play betting odds are updated in real-time but may be subject to brief delays due to streaming latency.

6.2 Casino Games

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in our software
• Engaging in arbitrage betting (betting on all possible outcomes across multiple platforms to guarantee profit)
• Placing bets after an event outcome is already known ("late betting" or "past-posting")
• Using insider information to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting
• Money laundering or using ns38 as a payment transfer service

7. Responsible Gaming

ns38 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling addiction. We provide the following tools to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account.

8. Limitation of Liability

10. Account Suspension and Termination

ns38 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of our platform. Grounds for account suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Creating multiple accounts
• Engaging in bonus abuse, collusion, or other prohibited activities
• Using automated betting software or exploiting technical errors
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward staff or other Users

Upon termination, any remaining Account balance may be forfeited if the termination is due to a violation of these Terms. If termination is not due to a violation, we will return your remaining balance minus any applicable fees or charges.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with our withdrawal procedures.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to international online gaming operations. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of ns38 shall first be subject to our internal complaints procedure. 12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ns38 regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party without restriction.

12.5 Amendments
